黛力新联合双氯芬酸钠治疗颈源性头痛近期疗效观察

目的评价黛力新联合双氯芬酸钠治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法将80例颈源性头痛患者随机分为观察组（黛力新联合双氯芬酸钠）40例，对照组（单用双氯芬酸钠）40例，疗程1周，对比观察在不同时间点两组的疗效。结果在治疗开始后的第1周末，观察组患者的显效率和头痛发作频率、疼痛改善程度等方面优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论黛力新联合双氯芬酸钠治疗颈源性头痛有肯定疗效。

Clinical study of Deanxit combined with diclofenac sodium in the treatment of cervicogenic headache

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Deanxit combined with Diclofenac Sodium on cervicogenic head- ache（CHE）. Method 80 CHE patients were randomly divided into two groups, and the observation group （40 cases） received Deanxit combined with Diclofenac Sodium, and the control group（40 cases） treated only by Diclofenac Sodium. The course of treat- ment was one week, comparing the effect of the two group at different time points. Results Obvious therapeutic effect was observed in the observation group 1 week after treatment, and the frequency of headache, degree of pain were better than that of the control group, there were significant differences between the 2 groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Deanxit combined with Diclofenac Sodium has good effect in the treatment of CHE.
