| 摘 要： | [目的]总结内镜下黏膜剥离术病人的临床观察与护理。[方法]对21例消化道病变病人进行内镜下黏膜剥离术,加强术前评估及准备、术中医护配合、术后病情观察及护理、出院指导等。[结果]胃肠间质瘤、无蒂息肉切除率100%,术后出血2例,经积极治疗和精心护理后治愈出院。[结论]加强内镜下黏膜剥离术病人的临床观察与护理是手术成功的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize clinical observation and nursing care of 21 cases of patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection. Methods： A total of 21 cases of patients with gastrointestinal disease underwent endo scopic mucosal dissection, strengthen preoperative evaluation and prepara tion, intraoperative coordination between doctors and nurses, postoperative condition observation and nursing, discharge guidance. Results ： Removal rate of gastrointestinal stromal tumors and sessile polyp was 100% ,postoperative bleeding in 2 cases,and they were cured and discharged after active treatment and intensive care. Conclusion：To strengthen clinical observation and care of patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection is a guarantee of oper ation success. |
