| 摘 要： | 目的]总结游离腓骨肌皮瓣同期修复牙龈癌缺损中的手术配合。方法]对21例牙龈癌术后缺损同期应用游离腓骨肌皮瓣转移修复,加强术前、术中护理及手术配合,严格执行无菌、无瘤操作。结果]21例手术配合顺利,术后均未发生感染,组织瓣成活。结论]加强游离腓骨肌皮瓣同期修复牙龈癌缺损中的手术配合是手术成功的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize operative coordmatton ot repair oi uelect in gingival cancer patients with free fibula flap. Methods： A total of 21 ca ses of gingival cancer patients receiving postoperative repair with earlier free fibula flap, and to strengthen preoperative,intraoperative care and op erative coordination,and strictly implementing sterile and non tumor op eration. Results： operative coordination was successful in 21 cases of pa tients,postoperative infection did not occur, and tissue flap survived. Con clusion：To strengthen operative coordination of gingival cancer patients re ceiving postoperative repair with earlier free fibula flap is a guarantee of success of operation. |
