综合护理干预在女性膀胱过度活动症病人中的应用

[目的]探讨综合护理干预在女性膀胱过度活动症病人治疗过程中的效果。[方法]将80例成年女性膀胱过度活动症病人随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用药物治疗及行为疗法,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加强心理干预、健康教育、强化行为疗法,出院后定期进行系统的电话随访,干预2周、4周、8周后观察记录两组病人排尿症状、排尿间隔时间和储尿期的单次尿量。[结果]干预4周、8周后观察组病人尿频、尿急、夜尿和尿失禁发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人排尿间隔时间和储尿期的单次尿量比对照组延长或增加(P<0.05)。[结论]综合护理干预治疗成年女性膀胱过度活动症能有效改善排尿症状。

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention for female patients with overactive bladder

Objective：To probe into the effect of comprehensive nursing in- tervention during treatment of female patients with overactive bladder. Methods.A total of 80 cases of female adult patients with overactive blad- der were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 ca- ses in each. Control group patients received medication and behavioral ther- apy;based on the treatment for control group, the psychological interven- tion, health education and behavioral therapy were strengthened for obser- vation group patients,systematic telephone follow - up was carried out for them after discharge, in the voiding symptoms, urinary voiding interval and storage of a single urine were observed and recorded for two groups of pa- tients respectively at two weeks, four weeks and eight weeks after inter- vention. Results ： Incidence of urinary frequency, urgency, nocturia and uri- nary incontinence of observation group patients at two weeks, four weeks after intervention were lower than that of control group （P〈0.05） ;Urina- ry voiding interval and single urine volumeduring urine storage period of observation group patients were extended or increased compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve urinary symptoms for treatment of adult female overactive bladder
