摘    要:目的]了解护理本科生核心能力的现状,评价本科护理教育改革的效果。方法]采用注册护士核心能力量表对131名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果]护理本科生核心能力7个维度高低依次为法律伦理实践、领导能力、专业发展、人际关系、教育咨询、临床护理能力、评判性思维与科研;不同性别的护理本科生在评判性思维与科研上有显著差异(P<0.05);不同年级的护理本科生核心能力有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论]四年级学生的核心能力达到中等水平,护理教育改革取得了较好的效果,但应加强评判性思维与科研能力的培养以及增加临床见习机会与临床实习的时间。

Survey and analysis on core competencies of nursing undergraduates under application- oriented creative talents training model

Abstract:Objective:To understand the status quo of core competencies of nursing undergraduates and evaluate the effect of undergraduate nursing education reform. Methods. A total of 131 nursing undergraduates were in- vestigated by using registered nurses core competencies scale. Results : sev- en dimensions of core competencies of nursing undergraduate level were le- gal ethical practice, leadership, professional development, relationships, ed- ucation counseling,clinical care ability and critical thinking and research in turn from high to low; in on there was a significant difference in critical thinking and research among different genders of nursing undergraduates (P〈0. 05 );core competencies of nursing undergraduates in different grades were significantly different (P〈0.05). Conclusion:core competen- cies of students in Grade 4 reach middle level,nursing education reform has achieved good results, but training of critical thinking and research abilities should be strengthened and opportunities for clinical practice and clinical practice time should be increased.
