| 摘 要： | 目的]总结多孔聚乙烯高分子合成材料(Medpor)填充联合钛板及钛钉固定治疗眼眶爆裂性骨折病人的护理。方法]对40例眼眶爆裂性骨折病人行Medpor填充联合钛板及钛钉固定治疗,同时加强护理。结果]术后所有患眼眼球内陷均得以矫正,双眼突出度基本一致,复视情况消失或得到明显改善,眼球各方向运动良好,效果满意。结论]加强眼眶爆裂性骨折病人行Medpor填充联合钛板及钛钉固定治疗的护理有利于病人的术后康复。

| Abstract: | Objective. To summarize nursing care of patients with orbital blowout fracture treated with fill with porous polyethylene polymer com posite materials （Medpor） combined with titanium plate and titanium screw fixation. Methods. A total of 40 cases of orbital blowout fracture pa tients underwent fill with Medpor combined with titanium plate, and to strengthen nursing care for them. Results. Endophthalmos in all ill eyes was corrected, prominent degree of both eyes was basically the same, diplo pia disappeared or was significantly improved, eye movement was well in all directions,the curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion. To strength en nursing care of patients with orbital blowout fracture treated with fill with Medpor combined with titanium plate is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation of patients. |
