宫颈癌术后人文关怀护理体会

目的：探讨宫颈癌术后的一般护理方法及人文关怀对患者康复时间的影响。方法：66例宫颈癌术后患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组33例,对照组采用常规护理;干预组除常规护理外,给予人文关怀和心理护理。结果：干预组患者恢复快、住院时间短,对照组恢复慢、住院时间长。结论：宫颈癌术后并发症较多且严重,应当引起重视;人文关怀与心理护理在对宫颈癌患者的护理中十分重要,有利于临床护理质量的提高和整体护理的发展。

Experience with Humanistic Concern in Nursing Care after Cervical Cancer Surgery

Objective：To explore the effects of general nursing methods and the humanistic care after cervical cancer sur-gery on the recovery time of patients. Methods：66 cervical cancer postoperative patients were randomly divided into the control group（33 cases）and the intervention group（33 cases）,with conventional care taken in the control group,and with humanistic care and psychological care taken in addition to the conventional nursing in the intervention group. Results：The patients in the intervention group recovered sooner,with hospitalization time shorter. Those in the control group recovered less soon,with hospi-tal stay longer. Conclusion：Various complications,frequent and serious,may occur after cervical cancer surgery and clinical care should be taken seriously. Humanistic concern and psychological nursing are very important in the care work of cervical cancer patients,which is beneficial to the improvement of the quality of clinical nursing and the development of whole nursing care.
