奥布卡因在纤维支气管镜检查中的应用观察

目的：评价奥布卡因在纤维支气管镜检查中的应用价值。方法：58例患者随机分为奥布卡因组及利多卡因组,奥布卡因组30例,利多卡因组28例,观察两组血氧饱和度、心率、耐受性、麻醉效果。结果：两组患者血氧饱和度、麻醉效果比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。奥布卡因组心率明显增快有3例,耐受性较好;利多卡因组有9例,耐受性较差,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：纤支镜检查中,奥布卡因麻醉患者耐受性好,且对心率影响小。

Observation of Anesthetic Effect of Oxybuprocaine in Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy

Objective：To evaluate the anesthetic effect of oxybuprocaine in fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods：58 patients were randomly divided into oxybuprocaine group（30 cases ）and lidocaine group（28 cases）. The oxyhemoglobin saturation, heart rate,tolerance and anesthetic effects of the patients in both groups were observed. Results：There was no significant differ-ence in oxyhemoglobin saturation and anesthesia effect between two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. There were 3 cases of apparent heart rate increase in oxybuprocaine group,with favorable tolerance. There were 9 cases of heart rate increase in lidocaine group,with less favorable tolerance. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The patients with oxybuprocaine anesthesia have presented favorable tolerance,with heart rate little influenced,in fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
