摘    要:目的 探讨T2DM患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)与APN、瘦素(LP)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和ISI的相关性. 方法 选取T2DM组102例和健康对照(NC)组97名,将T2DM组进一步分为体重正常(N-OB)亚组53例和超重(OB)亚组49例.采用RT-PCR检测BDNF表达水平.对T2DM组BDNF表达水平的相关因素行Pearson相关性及多因素线性回归分析. 结果 OB亚组BMI、TG、APN、LP和BDNF较N-OB亚组、NC组低(P<0.05或P<0.01).多因素线性回归分析显示,仅LP进入回归方程. 结论 T2DM患者BDNF表达水平降低,与LP呈正相关.

Changes of serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor and its clinical significance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship of serum levels of human brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) levels with adiponectin (APN),leptin (LP),HOMA-IR and ISI.Methods The 102 T2DM cases with (n=49) and without (n=53) obesity were enrolled,and compared with 97 heathy control (NC).RT-PCR was applied to detect the expression of BDNF mRNA.A multivariate linear regression analysis and pearson correlation analysis of the related factors for BDNF mRNA was carried out in T2DM patients.Results Serum level of BMI,TG,APN,LP,BDNF in T2DM patients was lower in obesity group than in non-obesity group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) and healthy individuals (P〈0.01).A multivariate linear regression analysis showed that only LP entered into regression equation.Pearson correlation analysis showed that BDNF was negtively correlated with HOMA-IR (P〈0.05),and positively with APN,LP,HOMA-IR (P〈0.05).Conclusion BDNF expression decreases in T2DM patients,it is positively correlated with LP.
