急危入院病人发病季节规律分析

目的：寻找急危重病人发病规律。方法：以5年急危重入院病人资料为依据，按疾病分类办法对各病种入院时间进行统计学分析，运用频数分布拟合优度法检验各病种入院时间分布是否均匀。结果：损伤和中毒、循环系统疾病急危重病人、呼吸系统疾病、妊娠分娩和产褥期、传染病和寄生虫病、起源于围生期情况的6类疾病急危病人发病在各月呈不均匀分布。结论：医院和科室管理者可根据疾病发病规律合理安排人力，做好预防准备，同时，疾病预防部门可根据发病规律进行宣传和预防。

THE SEASONAL REGULATION ANALYSIS FOR URGENT AND CRITICAL PATIENTS

Objective:To find out the season regular for urgent and critical patients.Methods:Goodness of fit to test was used equality distribution of the urgent and critical patient's data in recent five years.Results:Injury and toxicasis,circulatory disease,respiratory disease,pregnancy and delivery and childbed disease,infection and parasitical disease,perinatal disease,these six kinds of urgent and critical disease's distribution in each month was not equal.Conclusions:Hospital administrator can arrange staffs according to the sick time regular pattern,and be read for prevention,meanwhile the disease prevention department can make education and prevention procedures.
