上消化道非上皮肿瘤13例报告

报告１３例上消化道非上皮肿瘤。其中良性肿瘤５例（食管平滑肌瘤２例，胃平滑肌瘤３例），恶性肿瘤８例（胃恶性淋巴瘤３例，胃平滑肌肉瘤５例）。主要症状有上腹痛、黑便、呕血、贫血、腹块、吞咽困难等。７例行上消化道钡餐检查，确诊２例。内镜下肿瘤均为腔内型。良性肿瘤多为类圆形，表面光滑，色泽正常、恶性肿瘤表现为结节、糜烂、浸润、溃疡。粘膜活检１１例发现瘤细胞。６例恶性肿瘤手术治疗，随访３例５年仍存活。Ｘ线及胃镜检查是诊断平滑肌瘤的重要方法。

A Report of 13 Patients with Non-Epithelial Tumor in the Upper Digestive Tract

Thirteen cases of non-epithelial tumor in the upper digestive tract are reported in this paper, including 5 benign tumors (2 esophageal leiomyomas, 3 gastric leiomyomas ), and 8 malignant ones (3 gastric malignant lymphomas, 5 gastric leiomyosarcomas ). Their main symptoms were epigastralgia, melena, hematemesis, anemia, abdominal mass and dysphagia.Two of the seven cases undergoing upper gastrointestinal baric meal examination were identified. Under a gastroscope all tumors were of introluminal type. Benign tumors were mostly round-like and had a smooth surface and normal color. The characteristics of the malignant tumors were nodule,erosion,invasion and ulcer. Tumor cells were found in 11 cases with mucosal biopsy. 6 patients with malignant tumors were operated on. 3 cases survived after a 5 year follow-up.X-ray and endoscopy are important methods to diagnose leiomyoma.
