| 摘 要： | 目的:优选红花的最佳提取工艺.方法:采用正交试验法,以红色素和黄色素为指标,考察渗漉流速、乙醇浓度、收集量对提取效率的影响.优选出红花的最佳提取条件.结果:红花的最佳提取条件为:用50%乙醇为溶媒,流速(1～3)ml·min-1·kg-1,收集渗漉液5倍量.结论:正交实验优选出的红花提取工艺科学、可行.
