| 摘 要： | 本文报告85例水平性共同性斜视矫正术。内斜多于外斜(2.86∶1)。眼位矫正率87.06％。(1)文中介绍了后徙量×切除量=斜视角的新手术量计算法。(2)提出了内直肌超常规量后徙及切除的问题;建议将内直肌后徙极量放宽至7毫米,内直肌切除极量放宽至10毫米。(3)提出了切除肌术中系安全线的方法。

| Abstract: | 85 cases of horizontal concomitant strabismic correctomy were perforned.Es-otropia was more than exotropia(2.86:1).The rate of corrective ocular possitiouwas 87.06%.In this paper(1)A new computic method about surgical quantum(re-cessive quantum×resectional quantum=strabismic angle)was recommeded.(2)Putforward the question of exceeded convention on the recession and resection in med-ial rectus and suggest that maximum of medial rectus recession extended to 7mmand resection extended to 10mm respectively.(3)Make a method of tieing a safesuture during the operation of resecting muscle. |
