不典型肺转移瘤的CT表现

目的　分析肺转移瘤的不典型表现及与原发肿瘤的关系。资料与方法　回顾性分析 2 0 6例资料完整的肺转移瘤的CT影像 ,找出其中不典型表现 ,探讨其与原发肿瘤的关系及可能的成因。结果　 4 9例肺转移瘤表现不典型。其不典型表现主要有 7种 :空洞、钙化、单发转移、含气支气管征、毛刺分叶、良性肿瘤肺内转移及转移结节周围模糊影。结论　肺转移瘤可以表现出多种不典型征象 ,认识这些征象对临床诊断及治疗都有重要意义

CT Findings of Atypic Lung Metastatic Tumor

Objective To study atypical manifestation of pulmonary metastasis and its relation with primary tumor.Materials and Methods CT images of 206 pulmonary metastasis, were analyzed repectively, which atypical manifestation were studied and a comparision between CT signs and the pathologic types of the primary tumors was made.Results 49 cases were showen as atypical manifestation including 7 types: Cavitary pulmonary metastases, calcification, single nodule, lobe or coarse, benign metastatic tumour, and clouding aroud nodules. Conclusion Many atypical manifestation can be shown in pulmonary metastasis. It is significant to identify these signs for clinical disgnoses and therapy.
