肤痒颗粒联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

目的观察肤瘁颗粒联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法58例患者随机分为两组，治疗组（30例）采用肤瘁颗粒联合地氯雷他定治疗，对照组（28例）采用地氯雷他定治疗。治疗第4、8、12周评估疗效，记录不良反应。结果治疗4周、8周和12周后，治疗组的总有效率分别为86.67％、93.33％和96.67％；对照组分别为60.71％、78.57％和82.14％。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，两组相比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。两组治疗结束后均无不良反应发生。结论肤痒颗粒联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好，安全可靠。

Observation of curative effect of treatment to chronic urticaria by Fuyang Keli combined with Desloratadine tablets、

Objective To study the curative effect of treatment to chronic urticaria by Fuyang Keli combined with Desloratadine tablets. Methods 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （30cases） was treated with Fuyang Keli combined with Deslo- ratadine tablets and the control group （28cases） was treated with Desloratadine tablets. Curative effect and adverse reactions were observed and recorded 4, 8, 12 weeks after cure respectively. Results The efficacy of 4, 8, 12 weeks after cure in the treatment group（86.67% ,93.33% ,96.67% ） was superior to the control group（ 60.71% ,78.57% ,82.14% ）, compared to have significant differences （P〈0.05）, no adverse reactions. Conclusion It is effective, safe and reliable for the Fuyang Keli combined with Desloratadine tablets to treat the chronic urticaria.
