氯胺酮对出血性休克兔肠系膜微循环的影响

摘    要:应用闭路电视系统对二种剂量的氯胺酮对出血性休克兔肠系膜微循环的影响进行了研究,结果表明,在出血性休克状态下,随氯胺酮的剂量加大,对心血管系统及微循环的抑制也加重,建议对危重和出血性休克患者应慎用氯胺酮麻醉诱导,以免休克恶化。

Abstract:The effects of ketamine in two doses on mesenteric microcirculation in hemorrhagic shock rabbit were ob-served.The results show that the larger dose of ketamine was administrated,the more inhibition of microcirculationoccured during hemorrhagic shock.Therefore,care should be taken during infusion of ketamine in patients withhemorrhagic shock or critical condition to avoid the hemodynamic deterioration.
