上下折裂磨牙裂纹方向与患牙预后的关系

目的探讨在折裂牙治疗中,不同的裂纹方向与患牙预后是否存在相关性。方法对20例纵折牙完成牙周及根管治疗后全冠修复样本,根据裂纹方向将上下磨牙分成4组,对其远期疗效进行评估。结果对于上颌磨牙,近、远中裂较颊、舌向裂成功率高;对于下颌磨牙,颊、舌向裂较近、远中裂成功率高。结论上下折裂磨牙不同的裂纹方向影响患牙预后.

Relationship between Cracking Direction of Fractured Molars and Prognosis

Objective To investigate the relationship between trouble tooth prognosis and the cracking direction in fractured tooth treatment.Methods We collected 208 samples of vertical fractured teeth entirely crown repaired after the periodontal and root canal treatment.Those samples were divided into 4 groups according to the cracking direction and the assessment of long-term effects was carried out.Results In the upper molars,the success rate of the mesial and distal cracking was higher than that of the cheek and tongue cracking,with a significant difference between the two groups.In the lower molars,the success rate of the cheek and tongue cracking was higher than that of the mesial and distal cracking,with a significant difference between the two groups.Con-clusion The cracking direction of the upper and lower fractured molars has an effect on the prognosis of trouble tooth.
