东菱迪芙和银杏达莫联合应用对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的影响

摘    要:目的探讨东菱迪芙和银杏达莫联合应用对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的影响。方法采用大脑中动脉线栓法(MCAO)建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,用免疫印迹法检测生存通路胞外信号调节酶(EBK)的活性,同时观察脑梗死体积比。结果东菱迪芙和银杏达莫可上调ERK蛋白活性,降低脑梗死体积,联合应用组间差异更显著。结论东菱迪芙和银杏达莫明显减轻脑缺血脑损伤,具有脑保护作用,联合应用效果更佳。

The effect of batroxobin and Yinxingdamo on the focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Batroxobin and Yinxingdamo on the focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion(IR) injury in rats. Methods Middle cerebral artery occlusion was used to establish the modle of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion(IR) of rats. Detect ERK expression with immunoblotting and observe the volume ratio of cerebral infarction. Results Compared with the sham group,the group of the mixed with Batroxobin and Yinxingdamo significantly increased the activation of ERK proteide,and siginificantly decreased the volume of cerebral infarction. Conclusion These findings suggest that the group of the mixed with Batroxobin and Yinxingdamo siginificantly decreased cerebral ischemia, have neuroprotective effect
