原发性上尿路结石患者激素检测及其意义

目的探讨原发性上尿路结石患者体内激素的变化及其临床意义。方法测定34例男性、18例女性原发性上尿路结石患者和男女各20例健康对照者血清睾酮（Testo）、雌二醇（E2）、催乳素（PRL）、促黄体生成激素（LH）、促卵泡成熟激素（FSH）及甲状旁腺素（PTH）水平。结果男性结石组Testo、PRL、LH及PTH明显高于男性对照组（P〈0．05），E2明显低于男性对照组（P〈0．05），FSH差异无统计学意义；女性结石组PRL、PTH明显高于女性对照组（P〈0．05），其余四项指标差异无统计学意义。结论性激素对男性原发性上尿路结石患者有一定影响，而对女性原发性上尿路结石患者影响尚不明显，有待进一步研究。甲状旁腺素对男女原发性上尿路结石患者均有影响。

Significance of detection of sex hormone and parathyroid hormone levels in patients with upper urinary calculi

Objective To study the sex hormone and parathyroid hormone levels in patients with upper urinary calculi and their significance in diagnosis.Methods The levels of Testo,E2,PRL,LH,FSH and PTH were measured in 52 patients(34 males,18 females) with upper urinary calculi and 40 healthy controls(20 males,20 females).Results The serum levels of Testo,PRL,LH and PTH were higher and the serum level of E2 was lower than those in the male controls with upper urinary calculi respectively(P<0.05).And the levels of PRL and PTH were higher than those in the female controls(P<0.05).Other sex hormone levels in the two female groups were not different significantly.Conclusion Sex hormone had some effects on the male patients with upper urinary calculi and parathyroid hormone had a certain influence on urolithiasis.
