| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜在肝囊肿手术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2003年4月至2006年4月10例腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术患者的临床资料。结果10例手术均获得成功,无一例中转开腹,无一例并发症发生。住院时间,术后肠功能恢复时间缩短,术后有2例患者使用止痛药。全组均痊愈出院。结论腹腔镜技术在肝囊肿的手术治疗中,具有创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快的特点,具有良好的发展前途。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic technology on the treatment of hepatic cyst. Methods From April 2003 to April 2006, 10 cases with hepatic cyst received laparoscopic fenestration were analyzed retrospectively. Results This procedure was successfully performed on all cases, without conversion to open abdominal operation and complications. The time of average postoperative hospital stay and function recovery intestinal were shortened. The postoperative pain was slight. Analgesic was used only in 2 cases after operation All patients were cured. Conclusion Laparoscopic fenestration is a reasonable and effective technology on the treatment of hepatic cyst with less wound, slight pain and fast recovery. This technology has a great developmerital potentialities. |
