| 摘 要： | 目的]观察复方黄芪月见草油制剂(CAP)对大鼠高脂血症的治疗作用.方法]制备大鼠高脂血症模型,给予不同剂量的CAP,观察用药后实验动物的血脂及丙二醛等含量的变化.结果]CAP降低实验性高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及丙二醛含量,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量.结论]CAP对大鼠实验性高脂血症有治疗作用.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe therapeutic effects of compound Astragalus membranaceus Evening primrose oil preparation (CAP) on hyperlipemia in mice. METHODS The rats of experimental hyperlipemia model were given different dosages of CAP, and the change of the contents of serum lipid and malondialdehyde (MDA) were observed. RESULTS The contents of serum total cholesterd, triglycerine, low density lipoprotein cholesterd and MDA in rats of hperlipmia were reduced, and the content of serum high density lipoprotein cholesterd were increased by given CAP. CONCLUSION CAP has therapeutic effects on experimental hyperlipemia in rats. |
