| 摘 要： | A 42-year-old male labourer working in a harbor injured both his hands in a steel rolling device. In the left non-dominant hand the index finger, middle finger and ring finger had crush injury. The right dominant hand had a crush amputation of the tip of the middle finger. In the left hand the ring finger was severely crushed and was not amenable to salvage. The index finger and middle finger was also crushed and had comminuted fractures up to the middle phalanx which was diagnosed by a plain X-ray. The little finger sustained minor soft tissue loss in the fingertip.
