| 摘 要： | 目的探讨优赛在渗出液较多的感染伤口换药中的应用。方法于2005年6-12月将40例渗出较多的感染伤口随机分为2组换药,观察组(优赛换药)20例,对照组(传统常规换药)20例,观察2组的疗效,并采用疗效判定标准来进行分析。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组,且疼痛减轻。结论优赛换药对感染伤口的愈合有良好的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of You Sai for dealing with infective wound with more exudates. Methods From June to December of 2005, 40 cases of infective wound with more exudates were randomly divided into 2 groups: 20 cases with You Sai as the observation group and 20 cases with traditional way as the control group. And the curative effects were observed and analyzed according to the criteria for evaluating therapeutic effect. Results You Sai not only alleviated pain during dressing change, but also had better curative effect than the control group. Conclusions You Sai promotes the healing of infective wound. |
