TBO-1型双波长乳腺肿瘤检测仪临床应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨TB()11型检测仪对乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:选择病例200例,乳腺癌92例,乳腺良性肿瘤108例。检测肿瘤的血流及血氧含量,并常规行乳腺超声及乳腺钼靶X线摄片检查。结果:应用TB()11型双波长乳腺肿瘤检测仪检测到乳腺癌患者中符合高血低氧者83例,诊断符合率为90.2%;乳腺良性肿瘤中符合非高血低氧者86例,诊断符合率为79.6%。乳腺钼靶X线摄片对乳腺癌及良性肿瘤的诊断符合率分别为93.5%和88.0%,乳腺超声检查的诊断符合率分别90.6%和93.3%。3种检查手段的诊断结果差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。结论:TB()11型检测仪可作为乳腺癌诊断的辅助方法之一。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the diagnostic value of TBO-1 detecting instrument in breast tumor. METHODS: Two hundred were studied including breast cancer 92 cases and breast benign tumor 108 cases. The changes of blood flow and blood oxygen content in tumors were detected. All the patients underwent ultrasonography and mammography. RESULTS: TBO-1 detecting instrument showed that 83 cases of breast cancer exhibited high blood flow and low blood oxygen, and the diagnose accordance rate was 90.2%; 86 cases of breast benign tumor exhibited negative high blood flow and low blood oxygen, and the diagnose accordance rate was 79.6%. By mammography, the diagnose accordance rate was 93.5% in breast cancer and 88.0% in breast benign tumor; by ultrasonography, the diagnose accordance rate was 90.6% in breast cancer and 93.3% in breast benign tumor, respectively. The differences the results obtained from the three detections had no statistical significance, P>0.05. CONCLUSION: TBO-1 detecting instrument may be one of the reliable means in breast cancer diagnosis.
