DNA疫苗免疫途径的研究现状

摘    要:核酸疫苗的接种有多种途径,包括肌内、皮内、皮下注射途径、基因枪免疫、黏膜免疫途径等。不同免疫途径的免疫机制不同,所诱导的免疫保护力的强弱和维持的时间也不尽相同。该文对DNA疫苗免疫各种途径的研究现状作一综述。

Abstract:There are many routes of DNA vaccine immunization, including intramuscular injection,intradermal injection,subcutaneous injection,gene gun immunization, mucosa immunization, and so on. Different inoculation routes could result in different immunologic potency and persistent time. This review summarized the current situation of study on routes of DNA vaccines immunization.
