| 摘 要： | 目的：观察pH对补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素浸出率的影响。方法：用不同pH值水溶液对补骨脂进行提取，通过HPLC梯度洗脱测定补骨脂紊和异补骨脂素的含量。结果：在实验pH值下，补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量均有变化。结论：pH影响补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的浸出率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the influence of pH for the extract of psoralen and isopsoralen.Method:Extract the Psoralea corylifolia L.by different pH solution.The content of psoralen and isopsoralen be obtained by HPLC-gradient elution.Results:The content of psoralen and isopsoralen varied in experimental pH.Conclusion:The extracted of psoralen and isopsoralen be affected by the pH. |
