| 摘 要： | 目的：观察三术减肥汤(苍术、白术、莪术、槟榔、山楂、人工牛黄、淫羊藿、桑椹子、香附等，对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥效果。方法：将三术减肥汤煎制浓缩或浸膏，分为高、低剂量组用于营养肥胖大鼠，并与月见草油胶丸对比。结果：三术减肥汤能降低大鼠的Clu及血清Lep、Les水平，降低Lee’s指数，减轻脂肪湿重，缩小脂细胞等，其中高剂量三术减肥汤优于月见草油丸。结论：三术减肥汤具有明显的减肥作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of SZJFD (inclusive of Rhizoma Atractylodis, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Rhizoma Zedoariae, Semen Arecae, Fructus Crataegi, artificial Calculus Bovis, Epimedium Herb, Fructus Mori, and Rhizoma Cyperi) on reducing weight of nutritional obesity rats. Method: SZJFD was decocted and concentrated into extract. The extract was given separately in large and small doses to rats with nutritional obesity, to be compared with those treated with Evening Primrose oil pills. Result: SZJFD can reduce Clu, serum Lep and Les, and Lee's index. SZJFD also reduces fat and adipose cells. Results in the group treated in large dose is better than those treated with Evening Primrose oil pills. Conclusion: SZJFD has the function of reducing weight. |
