济南市某汽车产品有限公司技改项目职业病危害预评价

目的识别、分析和评价济南市某汽车产品有限公司技改项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度，提出有效的职业病危害防护对策，保护劳动者健康，为安监部门审批建设项目提供科学依据。方法根据该技改项目可行性研究报告及其他相关资料，采用类比法和检查表法相结合的原则进行评价。结果建设项目生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有二氧化氮、磷酸、硫酸、氢氧化钠、二氧化锰、丙烯酸、苯乙烯、硫酸铬、电焊烟尘、臭氧、噪声和紫外线等。类比企业检测结果显示，除噪声合格率为93．75％外，其他各种化学和物理性有害因素合格率均为100％。结论该项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目，但只要认真落实报告提出的防护措施，做好个人防护，其职业病危害防护措施是可行的。

Pre-assessment of occupational hazards in technological transformation project of an automobile products limited company in Jinan City

Objective] To identify, analyze and evaluate the potential occupational hazards in technological transformation project of an automobile products limited company in Jinan City, predict the risk degree, propose effective protective measures against occupational hazards, protect the health of workers, and provide scientific evidence for safety supervision department to carry out the approval of construction projects. Methods] According to the feasibility study report and other relevant documents, the evaluation was performed by the methods of analogy and checklist. Results] The possible occupational hazards in the project were nitrogen dioxide, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, manganese dioxide, acrylic acid, chromium sulfate, welding fumes, ozone, noise and ultraviolet. Monitoring results in analogical factory showed that the qualified rates of the chemical and physical hazards factors were all 100% , except that the qualified rate of the noise was 93.75%. Conclusion] The occupational hazards in this project are serious. The protective measures against occupational hazards are feasible, so long as the protective measures proposed by the report and the personal protection equipments can be implemented earnestly, the control measures against the occupational hazards are feasible.
