健康教育对社区护理中高血压患者的影响

目的探究结合社区健康教育的护理模式对高血压患者的效果。方法选取2012年2月—2013年9月收治的96例高血压患者，随机分组为试验组和对照组；试验组采用全面的社区健康教育护理模式，对照组给予常规的护理措施，观察两组患者服药依从性、血压控制以及护理满意度情况。结果试验组患者在服药依从性达90．0％、血压控制率为86．0％，护理满意度为82．0％，均高于对照组的67．4％、60．9％和63．0％，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论结合社区健康教育的护理模式，能够有效地提高高血压患者的服药依从性、血压控制率和护理满意度。

Effect of health education on hypertension patients with community nursing care

Objective] To explore the impact of the nursing mode combined with community health education for patients with hy- pertension. Methods] A total of 96 patients with hypertension selected from February 2012 - September 2013, were randomly di- vided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received nursing mode combined with community health education, and the control group was given routine nursing measures. The patients of medication compliance, blood pressure con- trol, and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results ] The compliance rate of patients in the experimental group was 90. 0%, blood pressure control of 86. 0% , nursing satisfaction of 82. 0%, which were higher than the control group （ 67.4% , 60. 9% and 63.0% ） and the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）.
