摘    要:目的分析2004--2012年河北省突发食物中毒事件,了解暴发流行状况,探讨流行病学趋势和特征。方法通过突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统收集汇总2004--2012年河北省报告的突发食物中毒事件,利用相关软件进行流行病学分析。结果2004--2012年河北省共报告食物中毒161起,中毒人数5059人,死亡46人,病死率为0.9%。结论第2、3季度是食物中毒的高发季节,细菌性食物中毒比例高,化学性及真菌毒素食物中毒是导致死亡的主要原因。学校和家庭是发生食物中毒的主要场所。应加强对食物中毒的监测报告和对公众的宣传教育,最大限度减少食物中毒的发生。

Abstract: Objective ] To analyze the emergency food-poisoning events in Hebei province from 2004-2012, understand the outbreak situation and discuss the epidemiological trends and characteristics. Methods ] All the food-poisoning events in Hebei from 2004-2012 reported by the public health emergency surveillance system were collected and analyzed by the relevant software. Results] A total of 161 food-poisoning events were reported in Hebei from 2004-2012 with 5 059 cases, 46 deaths and 0.9% of fatality rate. Conclusion ] The incidence of food-poisoning events peak in the second and third quarter, bacterial food-poisoning is main and the chemical and mycotoxin food-poisoning are the main cause of death. Schools and families are the major places where the food poisoning is prone to occurring. We should strengthen the monitoring reports and public education of food poisoning to minimize the incidence of food poisoning.
