东风公司汽车制造员工脂肪肝患病率及其危险因素

目的调查东风公司员工健康检查人群中脂肪肝患病率及其主要危险因素。方法测定4340名健康检查者的体重指数（BMI），空腹抽血查甘油三酯（TG）、胆固醇（TC），B超检查脂肪肝。结果脂肪肝患病率为30．5％，其中男性患病率为36．5％，女性为18．7％，性别间脂肪肝患病率差异有统计学意义（x2=144．2，P〈0．01）；脂肪肝患病率随年龄增长而上升，从3l岁后上升明显，50岁以上人群约50％者患有脂肪肝，但均以轻度为主；BMI、TG、TC正常时，脂肪肝患病率较低；BMI、TG、TC异常时，脂肪肝患病率明显上升。结论年龄、性别、BMI均是脂肪肝的危险因素，TG、TC2种生化指标升高是脂肪肝的预警信号，提示体内脂肪积存，有患脂肪肝可能。

Risk factors and prevalence rate of fatty liver among auto manufacturing workers in Dongfeng company

Objective] To investigate the risk factors and prevalence rate of fatty liver among workers in Dongfeng company. Methods] The BMI, triglyceride （TG}, total cholesterol （TC） and fatty liver of 4 340 workers were measured. Results] The prevalence rate of fatty liver was 30.5 %, with 36.5 % of male and 18.7% of female. The difference of prevalence rate of fatty liver between genders was statistically significant （x2 = 144.2, P 〈0. 001 ）. With the age growth, the prevalence rate of fatty liver in- creased. After the age of 31, the prevalence rate increased significantly. Over the age of 50, about 50% of patients with fatty liver, but were mainly mild. When BMI, TG and TC were normal, the prevalence rate of fatty liver was lower, and when BMI, TG and TC were abnormal, the prevalence rate of fatty liver increased significantly. Conclusion] The age, gender and BMI are risk factors of fatty liver. TG and TC rising is early warning signal of fatty liver, prompts the fat accumulation in body, people may suffer from fatty liver.
