2012年信阳市洳河区梅毒和淋病疫情分析

目的分析信阳市狮河区2012年梅毒、淋病的流行特征，为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法对狮河区传染病报告信息管理系统中的梅毒、淋病资料进行分析。结果2012年共报告梅毒病例162例，报告发病率25．12／10万，比2011年上升81．18％。2012年共报告淋病病例24例，报告发病率3．72／10万，比2011年下降4．45％。2012年梅毒报告病例数女性高于男性，男女性别比为0．51：1；而淋病报告病例数男性显著超过女性，男女性别比为7：1。梅毒、淋病报告病例集中在20～49岁青壮年人群。结论狮河区梅毒增长迅速，而淋病呈现下降趋势，青壮年人群仍然是性病防治重点人群。

Analysis on epidemic situation of syphilis and gonorrhea in Shihe District of Xinyang City in 2012

[ Objective] To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of syphilis and gonorrhea in Shihe District of Xinyang City in 2012 , provide scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. [ Methods] The epidemiological data about syphilis and gonorrhea collected from the Infectious diseases reporting information management system were analyzed. [ Results ] A total of 162 syphilis cases were reported in 2012, and the reported incidence was 25.12/lakh, which increased by 81.18% as compared with that in 2011. 24 gonorrhea cases were reported in 2012, and the reported incidence was 3.72/lakh, which decreased by 4.45% as compared with that in 2011. The number of female syphilis cases was greater than that of male cases in 2012, with the ratio of male-to-female of 0.51 ： 1, while the number of male gonorrhea cases was greater than that of female cases in 2012, with the ratio of male-to-female of 7： 1. Majority of the reported cases were people aged 20- 49 years old. [ Conclusion ] The incidence rate of syphilis is rapidly increasing in Shihe District, while that of gonorrhea shows a downward trend. The young and middle-aged people are still key population for sexually transmitted diseases prevention.
