社区综合管理对儿童哮喘患者PAQLQ的干预效果

目的研究社区综合管理对儿童哮喘患者生命质量的干预效果。方法2012年3月—2013年8月收集武汉市某区域60例哮喘患儿作为研究组，同期另一区域60例哮喘患儿作为对照组，经过3个月的社区综合干预后分别对比2组患儿哮喘控制水平、儿科生命质量问卷（PAQLQ）得分情况。结果社区综合干预可有效提高患儿PAQLQ得分（上升12．80分）与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（t=4．98，P〈0．01）。同时提高患儿哮喘控制水平，研究组干预后哮喘未控制患儿所占比例（11．67％）显著低于干预前（31．67％）和低于对照组（36．67％）。结论社区综合管理能有效地改善患儿的哮喘控制水平，提高患儿的生命质量。

Intervention effect of community integrated management on the quality of life among children with asthma

[ Objective] To study the intervention effect of community integrated management on the quality of life among children with asthma. [ Methods] A total of 60 children with asthma in Wuhan were collected from March 2012 to August 2013 as the study group, 60 children with asthma in another region were collected as the control group at the same time. After three-month comprehensive community intervention, the control level of asthma and Pediatric quality of life questionnaire （ PAQLQ ） score between two groups were compared. [ Results] Comprehensive community interventions effectively improved the PAQLQ scores （rising 12.80 points ） , compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （t = 4.98, P 〈 0.05 ）. It also improved the control level of asthma. The proportion of children with asthma not controlled in study group after intervention （11.67% ） was significandy lower than that before intervention （ 36.67% ） and in control group （ 36.67% ）. [ Conclusion ] Community integrated management can effectively improve the control level of asthma among children and the quality of life.
