摘    要:目的通过对放射工作人员血清中三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、甲状腺素(讯)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)检查结果的分析,了解放射工作人员甲状腺功能情况,以便改进防护措施,减少电离辐射损伤,为保障放射工作人员的健康提供依据。方法选择南京市2012年共1854名放射工作人员甲状腺功能检查结果,按性别、年龄、工龄、吸烟、饮酒和在岗状况分组后进行比较分析。结果TT3水平女性低于男性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),而TSH水平女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。TT3、TT4随着工龄、饮酒和岗位状况的变化呈下降趋势,而TSH呈上升趋势,其他分组无明显变化规律。结论长期低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员甲状腺功能有一定影响,同时生活中不良嗜好也可能对甲状腺功能产生一定的影响,应该进一步加强放射防护措施,并且改变不良的生活方式。

Analysis on thyroid function of 1 854 radiologic workers in Nanjing

Abstract: Objective] To analyze the detection results of triiodothyronine ( T3 ), thyroxine (T4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) among radiologic workers, understand the thyroid function of radiologic workers, improve protection measures, reduce the i- onizing radiation damage, provide basis for protecting the health of radiologic workers. Methods ] The detection results of thyroid function of 1 854 radiologic workers in Nanjing in 2012 were selected, the workers were divided into different groups according to gender, age, length of service, smoking status, drinking situation and on the job situation, and the results were comparatively ana- lyzed. Results]The T3 level of female was lower than that of male, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). The TSH level of female was higher than that of male, the difference was statistically significant P 〈 0.05 ). With the change of length of service, drinking situation and post status, T3 and T4 showed a downward rend, and TSI-I was on the rise. The difference of oth- er group was not statistically significant. Conclusion] Long-term low dose of ionizing radiation has effect on the thyroid function of radiologic workers, meanwhile the bad habits in life have too. We should further strengthen the radiological protection measures and change the bad way of life.
