健康教育在社区新发高血压患者中的运用效果分析

目的探讨健康教育对提高社区高血压患者疗效的作用。方法82例社区新发高血压患者随机分为观察组（n=41）与对照组（n=41），对照组患者给予常规宣教加降压治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予健康教育，对比两组患者对高血压认知、依从行为、生活质量及血压控制情况。结果观察组患者对高血压相关知识的知晓率、行为依从性及生活质量均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），血压显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论在社区开展高血压疾病的健康教育可提高社区高血压患者对疾病知识的知晓率，提高治疗依从性，有效控制血压，改善预后，提高生活质量。

Analysis on application effect of health education in patients with new onset hypertension in community

[ Objective ] To explore the effect of health education on improving curative effect of hypertension patients in community. [ Methods] 82 patients with new onset hypertension in community were randomly divided into observation group （n = 41） and control group （n = 41）. The＂ control group was given routine education and antihypertensive therapy, observation group was given health education on the basis of control group. The awareness of hypertension, compliance behavior, life quality and control situation of blood pressure in two groups were compared. [ Results] After health education, the awareness of hypertension, compliance behavior and life quality in observation group were significantly better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, blood pressure was significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [Condusion] Hypertension health education in community can increase the awareness of disease and compliance of treatment, effectively control the hypertension, improve the prognosis and life quality.
