某制药厂氨基酸化合物生产项目职业病危害现状评价

目的对某制药厂氨基酸化合物生产项目进行职业病危害现状评价。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、检查表法和检验检测法相结合的方法收集数据和资料，通过综合分析对项目的职业病危害现状进行评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有粉尘、噪声、氢氧化钠、氨、盐酸、硫酸。发酵（PIP）车间投料口、卸料口及包装间的粉尘检测浓度结果超出职业接触限值，其他岗位的职业病危害因素检测结果均符合职业接触限值。该项目的职业病危害防护设施、个人防护用品、应急救援、职业卫生管理基本符合相关标准要求。结论该项目总体运行的职业病危害防护措施基本有效，部分岗位的防尘措施需要进行改进。

Assessment on present situation of occupational hazards in amino acid compounds production project of a pharmaceutical plant

Objective ] To evaluate the present situation of occupational hazards in amino acid compounds production project of a pharmaceutical plant, Methods] The field occupational hygiene investigation, checklist method and hazards detection were used to collect related data and information, and the present situation of occupational hazards was evaluated by the comprehensive analysis. Results ] The main occupational hazards existed in the project included dust, noise, sodium hydroxide, ammonia, hydrogen chloride and sulfuric acid. The dust concentrations detected in the raw material input port, finished output port and packing room of fermentation （PIP） workshop were higher than the occupational exposm＇e limit. The detection values of occupational hazards in other work places all complied with standards. The protective facilities against occupational hazards, personal protective equipment, emergency rescue and occupational health management basically met the standard-requirements. Conclusion] The protective facilities against occupational hazards applied in this project are basically good, but the dust-proof measures in some work places need to be improved.
