北京市某高校职工代谢综合征患病现状及其影响因素

目的了解高校职工中代谢综合征（MS）患病情况，分析该人群MS危险因素，为高校卫生保健和健康促进提供理论依据。方法某高校年度体检的全部职工为研究对象，进行问卷调查和体格检查。采用中华医学会糖尿病学分会MS工作定义。结果调查教职工MS患病率为18．36％，其中女性为14．90％，男性为22．86％，不同性别患病率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；戒烟、饮红酒、多吃豆制品、少吃腌制品、运动等是MS的保护性因素，油腻饮食、糖尿病家族史等为MS危险性因素。结论高校教职工MS患病率较高，尤其是青壮年男性；MS与生活方式、饮食习惯、身体锻炼、心理状况和遗传史等多种因素有关。

Investigation on prevalence of metabolism syndrome among the staff of a university in Beijing and analysis on its influencing factors

Objective] To know the prevalence of metabolism syndrome （MS） among the staff of university, analyze the risk factors of MS in this population, and provide theoretical basis for the health care and health promotion in university. Methods ] All employees who received the physical examination a university were included in this study, and questionnaire survey and physical examination were performed. The diagnostic standard of MS designed by Chinese Diabetes Society was adopted. Results ] The prevalence rate of MS was 18.36%. The prevalence rate of MS in males and females was 14.90% and 22.86% respectively, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The protective factors of MS included smoking cessation, drinking red wine, eating soybean products, eating less pickled food, and exercise. The risk factors were greasy food, and family history of diabetes mellitus. Conclusion ] The prevalence rate of MS among the staff of university is high, especially the young men, and it is related to lifestyle, dietary habits, physical exercise, mental status and genetic history.
