| 摘 要： | 使用经食管超声心动图(trans-esophageal echocardiography,TEE)探头模拟经食管脉搏氧饱和度(SeO2)监测的工作状态,为SeO2传感器在食管内放置的适当部位提供依据。25例心脏手术病人麻醉诱导后,插入多平面TEE探头,记录食管内TEE探头距主动脉壁<5 mm、5～10 mm及>10 mm时探头距门齿的起止深度。5例病人插入贴附有nellcor一次性儿童SpO2传感器的TEE探头,观察食管内SpO2传感器获得良好信号时前方对应的超声二维结构及TEE探头放置的时钟方向。结果表明:经食管探及主动脉SpO2信号距门齿起始深度是位于食管中段(24.8±4.0 cm),向下移动范围5～10 cm,探及降主动脉距门齿最大深度是41.4±4.7 cm,方向为左后方6～7时。且食管内不同位置探及的SpO2信号的容积波形是不同的。
