辅酶 Q_(10)对离体大鼠心肌细胞缺氧—复氧损伤的保护作用

摘    要:离体成年大鼠心肌细胞与 CoQ_(10)(1×10~(-4)mol/L)共同孵育后,明显增加了心肌细胞对缺氧的耐受性并减轻了复氧损伤的程度。表现为杆形细胞存活率的增加,细胞 LDH 释放被抑制和 MDA 含量的减少。如缺氧后才应用 CoQ_(10),则细胞复氧损防无明显改善。预先给大鼠愎崆注射 CoQ_(10)(20mg/kg),也能显著增加心肌细胞对缺氧和复氧损伤的耐受能力。此结果提示 CoQ_(10)可作为细胞保护剂,有益于防治心肌缺血再灌注时的损伤。


The protectives effect of coegyme Q_(10)on isolated rat cardiomyocytes against anoxia—and reoxygenation—damage
Abstract:In order to study the protective effect of CoQ_(10)on cardiomyocytes against ischemia-reperfusion damage,isolated adult rat myocytes were incubated simultaneously with CoQ_(10)(1×10~(-4)mol/L).The results showed that treatment with CoQ_(10) significantly enhanced the ability of myoeytes to stand anoxia (95%N_2-5%CO_2,20min)and reoxygenation(95%O_2-5%CO_2, 20min),i.e.,the cell viability was increased,and inhibited the release of LDH and increase of MDA content administration of CoQ_(10)after anoxia, however,could not prevent cell from reoxygenation damage.In in rive experiment,prior administration of CoQ_(10)(20mg/kg ip)to rats,also dramatically protected myocytes against anoxia-and reoxygenation-damage. These results suggest that CoQ_(10),as a cell-protecting agent,is beneficial for myocardial cells to prevent against ischemia and reperfusion.
