放射治疗嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿19例疗效分析

目的分析放射治疗嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿的疗效,探讨合理的治疗方案。方法回顾分析19例嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿的临床资料,治疗方案及效果。结果17例嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿于放射治疗后肿块完全消失,2例于放疗后半年肿块消失,1例放疗后5年原位复发,再程治疗后完全消失,随访2月~20年,均无病生存。结论放射疗法是治疗嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿的有效方法,推荐治疗剂量为30~40Gy/3~4周。

Analysis of the radiotherapy effect on 19 cases of eosinophilic lymphoid grannuloma

Objective To recommend a radiotherapy treatment scheme for eosinophific lymphoid grannuloma (ELG), and evaluate the result. Methods Total of 19 cases were reviewed, total dose of radiotherapy range from 20Gy to 50Gy, 1~2.5Gy per fraction. Results Following up from 2 months to 20 years after radiotherapy, all the patients were disease-free survival. Among them, 17 patients achieved CR immediately when the radiotherapy ended up. 2 patients PR while CR 6 months later after irradiation, 1 case was recurrent 5 years later, and became CR when irradiation was delivered again. Conclusion Radiotherapy is an effective technique for ELG. Total dose 30Gy-40Gy/15-20fraction delivered to ELG is better.
