| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑卒中致吞咽障碍康复训练方法。方法：对350例脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者实施感觉刺激、口面部肌力训练、摄食训练等康复训练及护理。结果：本组患者吞咽功能均得到不同程度的改善，显效115例，有效175例，无效60例。结论：尽早对脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者进行系统有序的训练和科学的护理，可有效预防吸人性肺炎的发生，加快吞咽功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the experience of nursing care in the treatment of swallow obstacle by stroke.Methods:Facial stimulation,oroficiaomuscles training and eating trainingwere applied for 350 patients with swallow obstacle caused by stroke. Results:The function of swallow of all the patientwas improved to some extent.Conclusion:Early programmed training and scientific nursing care could effectively prevent from aspiration pneumonia and help reconstruct swallowing function. |
