益气化痰开窍方治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床研究

目的 :探讨益气化痰开窍方治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法 :100例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,按就诊顺序分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗配合吞咽康复训练及针灸治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加益气化痰开窍方,治疗4周后,采用中医证候积分、SSA评分、VFSS评分进行吞咽功能评估,判断疗效。结果 :两组治疗后中医证候积分、SSA评分、VFSS评分均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组对吞咽功能的改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:益气化痰开窍方联合针灸、康复治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效确切,能促进患者吞咽功能恢复。

Clinical Observation on Yiqi Huatan Kaiqiao Decoction Treating Dysphagia after Stroke

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Yiqi Huatan Kaiqiao decoction on treating dysphagia after stroke. Methods:According to the registration order,100 patients with dysphagia after stroke were divided into two groups,control group and treatment group,50 patients in each group. In the control group,patients were treated with conventional medicine,swallowing rehabilitation training and acupuncture treatment,while in the treatment group,patients were treated with Yiqi Huatan Kaiqiao decoction besides the treatment in the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score,the standard swallowing assessment(SSA) score,and the video floroscopic swallowing study(VFSS) score were evaluated to determine its efficacy. Results:The TCM syndromes score,the SSA score,and the VFSS score,were all improved in both groups after treatment,which were statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05).Swallowing function of the treatment group was improved more obviously than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yiqi Huatan Kaiqiao decoction combined acupuncture and rehabilitation is of definite effect in treating dysphagia after stroke,and it could promote functional recovery in patients with dysphagia.
