| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察小柴胡汤加减治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法 :选取产后缺乳患者60例,采用小柴胡汤加减治疗,观察疗效。结果:第1疗程结束后,总有效率76.27%;第2疗程结束后,总有效率为89.83%。结论:小柴胡汤治疗产后缺乳方法简便,疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Xiaochaihu decoction on postpartum hypogalactia. Methods:Sixty patients with postpartum hypogalactia were treated by modified Xiaochaihu decoction and the curative effect was observed. Results:After the first course of treatment,the total effective rate was 76.27%. After the second course of treatment,the total effective rate was 89.83%. Conclusion:Treating postpartum hypogalactia with modified Xiaochaihu decoction is convenient and has good curative effect. |
