毫米波穴位照射联合化疗对肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的 :观察毫米波穴位照射联合化疗对肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 :将50例肿瘤患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组采用毫米波治疗仪穴位照射联合化疗,对照组采用单纯化疗,2周期化疗后,评估患者的T细胞亚群及KPS评分。结果:治疗组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组KPS评分总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:毫米波治疗在改善肿瘤患者免疫功能的同时,还能改善患者的体力状况,提高患者的生存质量。

Effects of Millimeter Wave Acu-Point Radiation Therapy Combined with Chemotherapy on T Cell Subsets of Cancer Patients

Objective:To observe millimeter wave acu-point radiation combined with chemotherapy on T Cells subsets of cancer patients. Methods:Fifty cancer patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table,with 25 cases in each group. The treatment group were given millimeter wave acu-point radiation combined with chemotherapy,while the control group were only given chemotherapy.After 2 cycles,T cell subsets and Karnofsky performance score(KPS) were evaluated. Results:In the treatment group,the CD3+and CD4+levels and CD4+/CD8+values increased,which were statistically different from those before chemotherapy(P<0.05);after 2 cycles of chemotherapy,the CD3+and CD4+levels,and CD4+/CD8+values in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical signifiance(P <0.05). Conclusion:Millimeter wave acu-point radiation treatment could improve patient's immune function,and also improve the physical condition and life quality of patients.
