| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的中药膏摩制剂银翘凝胶的成型工艺。方法 :采用单因素实验法和正交实验法,以凝胶成型性、样品细腻性、稳定性等为指标进行基质种类及成型工艺优选。结果:实验优选了以2%卡波姆940为凝胶基质,以0.5%吐温-80为增溶剂,以20%甘油为保湿剂进行膏摩方凝胶剂的制备。结论:优选出的成型工艺简单、可行,制备的样品稳定性好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the forming process of traditional Chinese medicine Gao Mo drugs for acute upper respiratory tract infection in children. Methods:Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the matrix type and forming process,according to the index of gel forming,refineness,and stability. Results:The optimized recipe was 2% carbomer-940 as the gel matrix,0.5% Twain-80 as solubilizing agent and 20% glycerol as wetting agent. Conclusion:The optimized process is simple and feasible,and the stability of the sample is good. |
