| 摘 要： | 目的探讨实施病区护士长每日访视管理的效果。方法收集实施病区护士长每日访视管理前后护理部质量检查的相关数据,并进行统计学分析。结果分级护理、病房管理和护理服务质量管理、护理质量考核平均合格率以及患者满意度在实施病区护士长每日访视管理后均有显著提高,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论病区护士长每日访视管理对护理质量的提高有着重要的促进作用,有助于鼓励护理人员的工作积极性、加强病房管理、融洽护患关系和提高患者满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of the ward head-nurses＇daily supervision management.Methods The data of quality inspection of the nursing department before and after the implementation of the ward headnurses＇daily supervision management were collected and analyzed statistically.Results Significant improvements were observed in grading nursing,ward management,nursing service quality management,the average pass rate of the nursing quality assessment and the satisfaction rate of patients after the implementation of ward head-nurses＇daily supervision management than before（P0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of ward head-nurses＇daily supervision management plays an important role in promoting nursing quality,encouraging nurses＇productivity,strengthening the ward management,achieving nursepatient harmony and improve patients＇satisfaction. |
