| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患儿进行扁桃体腺样体切除术后机体免疫功能的变化。方法:检测OSAHS患儿扁桃体腺样体切除术前后血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM及CD3、CD4、CD8的水平,比较患儿术前和术后不同时期血清免疫球蛋白和T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果:患儿术后IgG、IgA、IgM及CD3、CD4、CD8的水平有所下降,但与术前相比差异无统计学意义。结论:OSAHS患儿进行扁桃体腺样体切除术对细胞免疫和体液免疫影响不大。儿童时期切除扁桃体和腺样体并不损害宿主免疫的完整性或减少宿主的免疫活力。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the alteration of the immune function in children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Method:The changes of the IgG,IgA,IgM,CD3,CD4 and CD8 levels in serum were observed and analyzed pre and post adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy.Result:Post-operatively,the level of IgG,IgA,IgM,and the CD3,CD4 and CD8 in serum showed no evident alteration.Conclusion:Adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy have no injury on the immune function of children with OSAHS. |
