摘    要:目的了解辖区主要工业企业在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,为保护职工的身体健康,制定职业病防治管理对策提供依据。方法对常州市武进区生产和使用化学品、电镀加工、机械制造行业在2005—2008年的职业病健康监护资料进行统计分析。结果被调查工业企业在2005—2008年开展职业健康监护36678人次,体检率为15%。发现职业病44例,职业病检出率为0.12%。结论电焊尘肺是集装箱制造业预防和控制职业病危害的防治工作重点,电镀加工行业的硬铬、装饰铬作业人员职业危害严重,各类化学品接触人群多,化工原料品种多,潜在职业病危害不容忽视。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To understand the occupational hazards existed in manufacturing process of main industrial enterprises in this district, and provide evidence for protecting health of workers and developing control measures. [ Methods ] Occupational health surveillance data about production and use of chemicals, electroplating process and machinery manufacturing industry from 2005-- 2008 were analyzed statistically. [ Results] Totally 36 678 person times of occupational health surveillance from 2005 to 2008 were performed in investigated enterprises. The health examination rate was 15%. 44 cases of occupational disease were reported. The detection rate was 0.12%. [ Conclusion] Much more attention should be paid to welding pneumoconiosis in prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in container manufacturing. Serious occupational hazards exist in working sites with exposure of hard chromium and decorative chromium. There is a large amount of workers expose to a variety of chemicals, therefore the potential occupational hazard should be attached importance.
