硒酸酯多糖联合治疗类风湿性关节炎的疼痛症状

摘    要:目的观察硒酸酯多糖联合类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效。方法56例RA患者随机分成两组,治疗组加服硒酸酯多糖胶囊。观察两组的检测指标变化。结果经6周治疗两组患者晨僵时间、关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、血沉较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),尤其是关节压痛指数治疗前后的差值治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硒酸酯多糖是改善RA疼痛症状疗效好、毒副反应轻的协同性治疗药物。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of selenate lipopolysaccharide combined to treat rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods One the foudation of the conventional non-steroid antiinflammatory agents and disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug,56patients were devided into two groups.The treated group wa s increased to take selenate lipopolysaccharide capsules.The changes o f reated clinical indexes in the two groups were compared.Results After 6weeks treatment,conditiom o f patients in both groups were improv ed in morning stiffness time,joint swollen index as well as ESR level(P<0.05or P<0.01),and the total effective rate higher i n the treated group than those in the c ontrol group(P<0.05),especially the joint tenderness in dex more significantly improved than those of control(P<0.05).Conclusion Selenate lipopolysaccharide has good effect on easing ache of RA with less toxic ad verse reaction,so is worthy of recom mendation.
