手术治疗先天性特发性眼球水平震颤28例

目的:探讨先天性特发性眼球震颤及合并水平斜视的手术治疗方法。方法:对28例先天性特发性眼球震颤及合并水平斜视的患者,采用主导眼中间带移位术联合斜视眼斜视矫正术+内外直肌后巩膜固定术。结果:28例患者主导眼第1眼位视力均提高2行以上,代偿头位消失26例(92.86%),双眼正前方无眼颤或很轻微26例(92.86%)。部分患者双眼视功能较术前有所好转。结论:对合并水平斜视的先天性特发性眼球震颤行主导眼中间带移位术联合斜视矫正术+直肌后巩膜固定术,不仅能改善原在位视力,还能使正前方眼颤基本消失。

Surgical treatment of idiopathic congenital nystagmus of 28 cases
